We’re Adam and Courtney Blacklock — a Chef and Pastry Chef with over 40 years of combined culinary and hospitality experience. Food has always been at the centre of our lives, whether in the kitchen, at the table, or within the communities we’ve served. Over the years, we’ve developed countless concepts, waiting for the right opportunity to bring one to life. This restaurant represents the realization of that vision.

As residents who live just a few kilometres away, we are deeply invested in this community. Our goal is to create a space that reflects who we are, what we value, and our passion for exceptional food. Our philosophy is simple: classic fare, prepared with care and executed to the highest standard.
